When you are working on a Patient Record the Job becomes Checked Out onto your device. This means the record is held by you and can't be edited by others. Once checked out, you will be able to continue working on that patient record even if you lose connection. You can check out multiple patient records at once from your Jobs List (e.g. if you are entering an area you know has poor connectivity). You can also create new Jobs and Patients even if you've lost connectivity.
You can check in one of your Jobs (and release it for others to see / edit) by either clicking on ‘Check In’ from the Job List view. Or by clicking Job Done at the bottom of a Patient Record.
Team Admin users can Force Check In a Patient Record if necessary (e.g., a staff member left without checking in a record). This will make the record available for any other User to access and edit from the Jobs List (if they have the correct permissions to do so).
