The sidebar has shortcuts specific to overseeing a Team:

  • Dashboard - gives the management key performance metrics for the current Event.

  • Jobs - enables you to browse past Events, Jobs and Patient Records. From here you can customise filters and export data.

  • Settings - manage your Team including members and permissions.

  • Record - the panels, fields and data options included in your Patient Records. Each of these can be customised with your unique values if desired. You can set validation rules here.

  • Branding - customise the logo and colours used in your version of IndieBase to match your organisation's brand.

  • Checklists - any SOPs or checklists you would like Team users to confirm within a Patient Record.

  • Drugs - the drugs to include in drop-down menus for your Team.

  • Interventions - the interventions to include in scope for your Team.

  • Vehicles - the details of all vehicles (automobiles, aircraft, bicycles, etc.) used by the Team.

  • Media - Documents, images, videos you want all Team Users to be able to access.
