Customizing Teams

Each team can customise their version of IndieBase to make it match their requirements. Only Team Admins can see or edit these fields Settings Change Team name and edit members: - Issue invites to users for them to become Team members.  - Set permissions for Team members - Remove users from being a member of your Team Record Each Team can customize their Patient Record template. You can select which panels to show, which fields to show and which data options to provide. A standard template is provided as default. At any point you can return to default by clicking on restore in the top right hand corner.  Branding You can customise IndieBase to your brand colour scheme  and  add in your logo. This has the added benefits of making it clear to your users when they switch Team and ensuring consistent branding across your printed ePRFs. Checklists Each Team can create their own checklists for users to fill in depending on situations. There is no limit to the number of checklists you can create for your team. The users will see these in the ‘Checklist’ panel of the patient record. Drugs & Interventions You can customise the list of drugs and interventions which can be selected within your Team Patient Record template. We provide a comprehensive list to start with but this can be pared down if desired. In the case that a drug or intervention is not on the list you can create new data options. Vehicles Each team can keep a record of the vehicles (motor, aircraft, other). This can then be used by dispatch and users to identify in the Job Details panel of the patient records. Media Collect files that users will have access to. Anything from SOPs to checklists or
